About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a Training & Enablement Specialist with a passion for learning, a kind heart, a positive attitude, and a great sense of humor to join our growing team. As a member of the Client Success Team, you will be responsible for designing and developing enablement content, including: training videos, e-Learning courses, articles, and other materials for our customers and team members. You must have a true passion for continuous learning and collaborating across multiple teams to ensure the content you create is high quality and meets clients’ needs.

The Training & Enablement Specialist will be a key player on an incredible team as we execute our mission to help local governments take the next step from good to great.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ramp quickly, stay current and possess in-depth knowledge of ClearGov applications and best practices
  • Design and develop engaging content for virtual customer e-learning and ILT, including presentations, videos, SCORM files, and learning assessments
  • Update and re-design content based on regularly-scheduled product releases
  • Author and manage knowledge base documentation including how-to articles, best practices documentation, and checklists
  • Deliver one-to-many and one-to-one virtual training to customers and team members
  • Collaborate with Client Success team members and subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy of the developed content
  • Share client feedback with the Product Development team to improve functionality and usability of products
  • Understand our customers (local governments & school districts) and tailor educational materials and communications to meet their needs
Critical Skills/Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience developing and delivering customer-facing education
  • Ability to write and speak concisely and communicate complex ideas in an easy-to-understand manner including technical and non-technical content
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), multimedia authoring tools (such as Camtasia/Snagit), and learning content authoring tools (such as Articulate) with the ability to produce audio/video segments
  • Strong class presentation, facilitation, and management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
  • High degree of flexibility, ability to multitask, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Unparalleled attention to detail and project management skills
  • Experience Zendesk, Google Suite, Microsoft Office and Zoom
