Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Your Role:

• Provide virtual therapy to adult clients, focusing on evidence-based methods
• Track progress, document sessions, and offer personalized follow-up care
• Collaborate with a care team to ensure clients receive comprehensive support
• Handle high-risk situations with sensitivity, adhering to safety protocols
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing development to enhance your skills

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active California state license such as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• Minimum 2 year of experience in providing mental health counseling services.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records.
