Join a team of digital risk governance and security professionals, helping Swiss Re to fulfil its mission in making the world more resilient. Within Risk Insights, you'll help deliver our digital risk governance communications strategy. You'll support digital campaigns, training content and internal reports to ensure our messages on digital risks are well-understood.
You'll be working in a hybrid setup, perfectly balancing work from home and the office premises.
About the team
You'll join Digital Risk Insights, responsible for bringing insights from the dynamically changing world of digital & technology risks – both within and outside Swiss Re. We aim to establish a 'single source of truth' on our exposures, what we can do about them, and how we make and measure progress as an organisation. For this, we combine our collective expertise, curiosity and actively seek out effective data-driven solutions.
The Digital Risk Insights team is part of the Cyber Security Office responsible for cybersecurity engineering and operations, governance, risk and compliance. Together, we define and advance the company's security and digital risk governance & control strategy.
In your role, you will…
• Develop insights and 'connect the dots', offering new ways to look at digital challenges
• Be responsible for developing and co-ordinating communications on our current initiatives and priorities
• Drive a cohesive risk culture within the digital & technology organisation, developing training materials for our staff
• Support the preparation and coordination of campaigns and awareness-related activities in close coordination with other departments including security, legal and compliance
• Support team with the rollouts and communications surrounding digital governance and risk behaviours
• Support team with regular communication & content updates on all internal channels (SharePoint, MS Teams etc.)
• Draw on datasets and stakeholder inputs to deliver regular reporting content on digital & technology risks
• Join Swiss Re's healthy and transparent risk culture where everyone engages in continuous risk accountability activities
Your qualifications

What we need from you
o Tech savvy with a strong interest in digital innovation, digital risks and cybersecurity
o Experience with different communications, such as: research, social media, blogging, videos, online messaging, printed materials, hosted & virtual events, information campaigns, training delivery etc.
o Data literacy, experience using various Business Intelligence tools, and ability to draw informative insights
o Ability to break down complex technical topics and communicate them in a relatable and clear way
o Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to work effectively against set deadlines
o Excellent verbal and written skills in English
o Passion, drive, and a belief in the value of insights and communications in influencing decision-making
Nice-to-have
o Prior education or track record with tackling projects in cybersecurity, risk management, privacy and related topics
o Data visualisation experience
The minimum gross base salary for this role is 10 EUR/ per hour. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering the skills and experience that you bring to the Swiss Re Group.
