E Commerce Manager 

 

Job Purpose
As an E-Commerce Manager, you will develop and execute customer activation plans in collaboration with key account managers and external partners to optimize sales across e-commerce channels. You will oversee marketing campaigns and analyze data to enhance performance, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Your role will be pivotal in driving profitability and implementing innovative strategies in the digital marketplace.

 

 

Key Tasks
  • You will build customer activation plans in coordination with local Key Account Managers, Trade & Marketing Managers, and external partners for all e-commerce customers and the Allegro marketplace.

  • You will drive the implementation of plans at all customer levels, providing advisory support for the e-commerce KAMs.

  • You will ensure sales targets and marketing calendars are met with all e-commerce customers for Bayer brands, developing product and brand-related marketing campaigns for online pharmacies and marketplace platforms.

  • You will implement data analyses on sales, customer behavior, and online marketing campaigns to derive actionable insights and continuously optimize the marketing action plan, tracking campaign effectiveness and ROI.

  • You will optimize channel profitability by identifying areas for improvement.

  • You will collaborate with the digital team to ensure social media and SEO activities align with e-commerce activations, contributing to full-funnel campaigns.

  • You will jointly plan, observe, and allocate the e-commerce marketing budget in coordination with the Senior E-Commerce Manager and Key Account Manager, including A&P/G2N budget responsibilities.

  • You will manage the rollout of e-commerce tools, defining and delivering KPIs for e-commerce sales tracking and e-shelf tracking.

  • You will oversee content creation in e-commerce, collaborating with marketing and trade marketing teams to ensure effective content distribution and implementation for online customers.

  • You will engage in new projects that enrich your experience, such as supporting the launch of strategic e-commerce brands from a trade marketing perspective or managing cluster e-commerce content projects.

 

Required Qualifications
  • Completed degree in economics or a comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on online marketing or e-commerce.

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in e-commerce or performance marketing, preferably with manufacturers, distributors, or agencies.

  • Experience in the OTC or FMCG industry is advantageous.

  • Strong analytical skills to identify insights and optimize campaign execution.

  • Capability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of social media and SEO.

  • Clear understanding of the digital shopper journey across various e-commerce platforms.

  • Team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Fluent in English.
