This is a remote position.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound cold calls to potential clients, introducing them to our services, and converting leads into sales. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.



Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients, introducing them to our services
  • Build rapport with prospects, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our services to answer client queries effectively
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Record client interactions and sales progress in the CRM system
  • Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns or other sources
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently, persuading potential clients to engage with our services
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead generation and client engagement strategies
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest process improvements to increase conversion rates
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor services to remain competitive in sales conversations
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in telesales, preferably in a cold calling environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting
  • A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience using CRM software and other sales tools is preferred
  • Resilience and determination to handle rejection and continue making effective calls
