We’re looking for a passionate, creative, driven and experienced Senior Producer to manage projects with purpose.

The opportunity

We’re interested in meeting talented Senior Producers who are passionate about making a meaningful impact on people, society and the environment. We're seeking individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are dedicated to delivering exceptional work. In this role you will lead initiatives within a multi-year service transformation program, supporting and working alongside multi-disciplinary teams to drive positive outcomes. You will be a masterly coordinator and experienced with agile methods.

Your days will be spent

  • Leading the delivery of large digital and strategic projects
  • Being a point of contact for our wonderful clients across projects
  • Managing project teams, sprints and outcomes
  • Coordinating day-to-day project activities across projects
  • Being part of our multidisciplinary team to deliver a positive impact
  • Supporting the growth of our client partnerships

Requirements

  • 4+ years digital production experience in agencies
  • Experience running digital and strategic projects
  • Experience with budget management - managing, tracking, forecasting and reporting
  • Experience with complex external stakeholder engagement
  • Experience with human-centred design
  • Experience with agile methods
  • Exceptional communications skills
  • You must be legally able to work in Australia, without limitations

The details

  • Full-time role based in Melbourne/Naarm
  • Flexible hybrid remote/in-person
  • Start date will ideally be around mid-late November but we’re flexible
