About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled HubSpot Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our use of HubSpot's CRM and marketing automation tools, ensuring they align with our business processes and goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience, streamline workflows, and drive data-driven decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into HubSpot functionalities.
  • Configure and customize HubSpot CRM to meet organizational needs.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to optimize HubSpot processes.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support for HubSpot users.
  • Identify and implement improvements in workflows, automation, and integrations within HubSpot.
  • Stay current with HubSpot updates and best practices to leverage new features effectively.
  • Assist in data migration, data integrity checks, and system integrations with other tools.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  •  Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and reporting capabilities.
  • Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HubSpot certification in Marketing Software, Sales Software, or CRM.
  • Experience with integrations between HubSpot and other platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

  • Windows 11 operating system or MacOS 13+
  • 256GB Storage space - minimum
  • 8GB RAM - minimum
  • Dual Core CPU - minimum
  • Camera: HD Webcam (720p)
  • Headset: Noise canceling (preferably)
  • Internet Speed: 50 Mbps - minimum
