Job description

• Customer Support: Managing phone calls (not immediately), emails, and inquiries from customers and ensuring excellent communication and follow-up.

• Scheduling and Coordination: Assisting with appointment scheduling, organising technician visits, and maintaining the calendar for pest control services.

• Administrative Tasks: Handling data entry, completing reports, managing records, and supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

• Invoicing and Billing: Assisting with client invoicing, processing payments, and maintaining financial records.

• Social Media and Marketing Support: Assisting with basic marketing tasks such as managing our social media accounts and helping to create content for blogs or newsletters.

• Project Assistance: Helping to coordinate special projects and proposals for new clients or services.
