Job Summary :

Our client is looking for a skilled and innovative Website Developer and MarTech Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is crucial in supporting all digital marketing campaigns and web development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, a deep understanding of marketing technologies, and the ability to integrate various digital tools to enhance our marketing efforts. Basic proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication within the team.

Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in web development, with a focus on supporting digital marketing efforts.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
  • Experience with MarTech tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and marketing automation software.
  • Basic proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and web performance optimization techniques.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and user experience (UX) design principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Descriptions :

Web Development:
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize the company’s website to ensure a seamless user experience, fast load times, and strong SEO performance.
  • Implement and manage content management systems (CMS), including creating and updating web pages, landing pages, and blogs.
  • Collaborate with the design team to integrate visual content and ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve any technical issues, security vulnerabilities, and performance bottlenecks.
    Optimize the website for mobile responsiveness and accessibility standards.
MarTech Integration:
  • Systems, email marketing platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation software.
  • Work with the marketing team to implement and track digital marketing campaigns using MarTech tools.
  • Analyze campaign data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization and improved performance.
  • Ensure seamless integration between the website and MarTech stack, including tracking codes, conversion pixels, and data capture forms.
