In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for Polish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering top-notch customer service. Your contributions will play a significant role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries from Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions for customer questions and concerns
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Collaborate with team members to drive continuous improvement in service delivery
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and policies
  • Follow established procedures to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
  • No prior experience required; detailed training will be provided
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Team-oriented, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service systems
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece for the role
