Your role at Kittl

We are hiring for a Senior QA Engineer to join one of our core teams! In this role, you'll be an integral part of our QA & software engineering teams, ensuring that our product meets the highest standards of quality. You'll thrive in our fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, utilising your expertise to implement robust QA processes.

What you’ll do

  • Manual testing: Perform manual test execution of existing and newly developed features

  • Identify quality issues: Action on any quality and reliability issues before they reach production

  • Improve processes: Help ensure we maintain a high bar for product quality by improving our processes and development workflows

  • Automated test cases: Write and execute automated test cases

  • Collaborate: Work closely with the team leads, developers, product manager and UX/UI designer in a cross-functional team, as well as closely collaborate with other teams across the organisation

What you’ll need

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years experience working as a QA Engineer, with hands-on experience testing SaaS products on web platforms

  • QA understanding: Strong understanding of best practices in methodologies, processes, and documentation

  • E2E: Proficiency in Playwright or similar e2e framework (e.g., Cypress, Puppeteer)

  • Developer console: Knowledge of the developer console and DOM tree

  • Tooling: Skilled with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger)

  • Recruiter interview (30 mins)

  • Technical interview with CTO (45 mins)

  • Leadership Interview with DoE (45mins)

  • Bar Raiser Interview (30 mins)
