We are seeking a skilled Application Designer with expertise in payroll systems and interface implementation. This role involves managing payroll inquiries, system integration, and data migration for clients, ensuring smooth payroll operations. You will be responsible for driving the evolution of payroll interfaces, supporting system upgrades, and assisting with the implementation of payroll modules.
This role is exclusively French speaking, follows the French Calendar and CET working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evolution of outgoing interfaces to incoming payroll system, impact study, evolutions, writing of specifications, implementation of interface (SaaS)
- Participation in the Az Tech France integration project in the existing HR management tool and development/enrichment of interfaces with the group tool.
- Payroll inquiries, and manage the relationship with our outsourced payroll provider.
- Balancing payroll time record interfaces, making changes to time records, and entry to other payroll-related data in accordance with company policy and procedures.
- Preparing routing reports and or/payments
- Supporting clients with system implementation for the payroll module.
- Keep up to date with new functionality and upgrades to ensure our clients are receiving the best advice.
- Assisting clients to plan for, prepare and cleanse payroll data prior to migration between systems.
- Perform complete data transformation prior to migration into the new solution.
- Supporting system upgrades and new functionality rollouts
Key Skills:
- Business Analyst/skills
- Experience/knowledge in the implementation of ADP products
- Knowledge, understanding and practical experience in relation to the implementation of a payroll solution would be a plus
- Knowledge, understanding and relevant practical experience of the payroll lifecycle.
- A continuous improvement mindset in relation to improving the service.
- A customer-centric mindset and professional manner.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast- paced environment.
- A strong team player who is willing to actively work across the team, adopting a can-do and flexible attitude.
- Ability to design testing strategy based on business specification
- Plan and execute end to end testing activities (Integration, non-regression, functional…)
- Ability to use IT tools to perform testing such as Note pad++, Microsoft excel and access…
Key Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience in HR Business analyst
- Fluent in French and English
- Sound knowledge of employment law and practical application would be a plus
- Experience of implementing and testing new interfaces
- Has experience with full cycle (end-to-end) implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Have proven extensive relevant experience in understanding data analysis and reporting
- Good understanding of HR specific business processes would be a plus
- Strong skills, including analytical thinking, problem solving, and superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced excel and data analysis
