Job description

 

Location: Poland

We are looking for a proactive self- driven Brand Manager Executive to join our Confectionary team with directly reporting line to the Marketing Manager in the team of Piotr Wrotny. This new     BM position is focussing on managing Seasonal portfolio, which is one of the priority growth area for ZEUR and CEE and Lion brand, one of the most dynamic wafer brands in PL and CEE. He/she will be also closely cooperating within CEE Seasonal and Wafer Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement agreed marketing strategies to drive growth of Seasonal portfolio (KitKat/Smarties) and Lion brand growth.
  • Lead and coordinate local and regional marketing projects.
  • Manage local product portfolio, optimising the mix and pricing, Including new product launches agreed within CEE and in line with the plans of the Zone.
  • Plan and control the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance) and external partners (agencies) to ensure effective brand development. Contribute to the ICP planning for locally driven plans.
  • Develop and execute consumer communication strategies.
  • Monitor sales and inventory, and recommend actions to optimize performance.
  • Cooperate with and coordinate design and creative agencies. Participate in the creation of digital and in-store activities. Being cabable to create engaging brand activations.
  • Develop product designs and key visual for the Point-of-Sales Materials, ensure the preparation of a product catalogue. Participate in the preparations of customer presentation and further clients meeting.

 

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of brand management experience.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills to operate in multimarket/CEE environment. Ideally living in area of Warsaw
  • Strong analytical skills and digital media management knowledge.
  • Excellent project management, strong time management skills with Capability to prioritise especially as Lion and Seasonal timelines follow very different principles.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • You're analytical and you're capable of working in dynamic environment
  • You are initiative, curious, good team player

 

 

Key KPIs:

NNS, RIG, OG, MCS, MKT SHARES (VAL), 

Quality, timing and accuracy of plans.

Quality and successfull application of I2L Project Management Practices to complex I&R projects. 
Delivering on Brand Building results: Brand Performance, Brand Health.
Market shares evolution and category performance at customer and channel level
