Job description

Paradigm is a software company transforming the way that the residential, construction & building product industries operate across the globe. We are looking for a Senior Operations Analyst – Business Ops to be part of revolutionizing these industries.

In this role you will have the opportunity to provide operations and solution support for our Business Operations department.

What You Will Do:

  • You will serve as a liaison to the leaders of various business units for the systems, processes, and tools supported by the Business Operations team.
  • You will serve as an internal systems consultant; responsible for implementing internal systems and projects that support Paradigm business functions. This includes gathering requirements, designing and documenting workflows, conducting system build, conducting and coordinating system testing, supporting end user training for internal systems.
  • You will be responsible for supporting, providing best practice recommendations, and guiding governance of live internal systems in partnership with the Internal IT team, including initiating upgrade and system optimization-related projects.
  • You will support key operational business functions across different business units such as monthly invoicing reconciliation for Professional Services, coordinating cross-division operations meetings, and maintaining data within an internal data warehouse to support our customer-facing teams.
  • You will assist with a variety of internal initiatives such as conducting impact analyses, conducting surveys, maintaining documentation, contributing to our internal knowledge base, monitoring system use, and creating or distributing operational reports.


What You Need to Succeed:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in business operations, systems analyst or consulting work or customer service, ideally within the software industry. Salesforce knowledge is a highly preferred skill that will help you succeed in this role.
  • You are competent in the Microsoft suite of applications. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and/or Power BI are preferred.
  • You have strong technical skills, are comfortable learning and adopting new tools, and are adept at applying processes or solutions to address business needs.
  • You are highly organized and take a pragmatic approach to project execution.
  • You are known for your excellent collaboration & communication skills with an ability to prioritize & coordinate work with a variety of internal stakeholders. This may include team members in sales, accounting, legal, product, services, human resources and marketing (in multiple offices & internationally).
  • You are flexible, able to adjust and change direction as the business & tech environments evolve & change. You are entrepreneurial in spirit; unchartered territories & problems energize you.

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. Most roles at Paradigm have three levels, Associate, Mid and Senior. Our pay ranges are inclusive of all three levels (if applicable), our US based Associate level pay begins at $62,175 annually for this role. The salary does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary and benefits. These compensation levels are subject to an annual review.
