We are seeking an IT Vendor Management Analyst to join our End User Service Team. The ideal candidate will support multiple business partners and manage various workstreams. As an IT Vendor Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the success of our Software & Hardware offerings. Your expertise in IT Vendor Management will be vital as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions.

The Exciting Things You Will Do

  • Vendor Technology Onboarding:
  • Develop and maintain successful relationships with Anywhere’s vendors.
  • Maintain open and effective communication between both parties.
  • Help establish standardized processes for vendor interactions.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts for services and/or supplies.
  • Manage tenants and implement Single Sign-On (SSO) where applicable.
  • Work with vendors to manage and enhance offerings from platform tenants.
  • Performance Assessment and Quality Control:
  • Measure performance levels from vendor onboarding throughout the relationship.
  • Assess vendor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure timely delivery of resources.
  • Help maintain sufficient inventory levels in collaboration with Software & Hardware Assets Management teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive performance improvements and implement needed process changes.
  • Compliance and Standards:
  • Ensure vendor compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Implement security measures as needed.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Experience:
  • Proven track record in IT vendor management, or related fields (minimum 3-5+ years).
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Proficient in negotiation.
  • Skilled in leading presentations and effective meetings.
  • Analytical Mindset:
  • Objectively assesses vendor performance.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs and performance improvement levers.
  • Attention to Detail:
  • Keen eye for quality control and adherence to standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic financial acumen.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Effective issue resolution and vendor relationship optimization.

  • Basic financial acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with Service-Now, SaaS portals, and O365 products (Power BI) is a plus.
  • Quick learner for SaaS portals.
  • Experience with other O365 products (Power BI) and partner tool integration (also a plus).
  • Operational Skills:
  • Experience in IT Operations, process analysis, Business Service Management, and SLA Management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of IT Vendor Operational processes and process improvement methodologies.
