What You'll Do

As a Senior Strategic Alliance Manager at Avalara, you will be a key driver in maximizing revenue through strategic partnerships with Accountant firms. Your role is centered around executing impactful sales strategies, contributing to revenue growth, and ensuring successful collaboration with key accountant firms.

What You'll Need to be Successful

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of revenue-focused Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective monetization of partner accounts.
  • Develop and nurture high-value relationships with strategic accountant partners.
  • Contribute to the creation of impactful sales enablement content and campaigns.
  • Act as a liaison between partner representatives and Sales Executives to drive revenue.
  • Lead operational coordination, ensuring effective communication and pipeline reviews.
  • Provide expertise on solutions delivered through partnerships to enhance revenue generation.
  • Spearhead Quarterly Business Reviews, aligning strategies for maximum revenue impact.
  • Assess partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement enhancement strategies.


Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, MBA, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 7+ years of alliance/partner management experience in software with a focus on revenue generation.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of GTM (Go to Market) models, sales strategies, and revenue-focused initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional team initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a sales-focused mindset.
