What You'll Do

You will be reporting to the Manager, TSE. You will work from the Pune office

Are you a seasoned Senior Business Intelligence Analyst eager to apply your skills on a global scale? We're looking for a passionate and driven candidate to join our team.

As part of the Team, your role will be to enhance the customer journey and minimise churn risk. You'll do this by measuring important moments in the customer lifecycle and providing relevant insights to influence and empower teams across the organisation.

Your contributions will drive growth, empower teams to foster growth and usage, and deliver greater value to our customers.

What You'll Need to be Successful

  • Focus on delivery-related programmes aligned with programme goals.
  • Collaborative role requiring clarity in mindset, and results delivery.
  • Identify improvement opportunities using data trends with executives and business leaders.
  • Create reports for our teams.
  • Collaborate across departments to collect and analyse data.
  • Visualise data using graphs, infographics, and other methods.
  • Establish KPIs to measure business decision effectiveness.
  • Structure large datasets to extract usable information.
  • Work with a team of analysts to process data.
  • Create presentations and reports based on findings.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize delivery enablement priorities.
  • Participate in and sometimes promote regular syncs.


About The Team

  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • You should have 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with statistical software.
  • Expertise in data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniques.
  • Report and data visualisation skills using Salesforce, PowerBI and Tableau.
  • Understanding of data warehousing and ETL techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to QA and troubleshoot data.
