Job Description

As the Enablement Manager, Product Enablement, you will play a key part in bridging the gap between product development and those who directly interact with our customers day-to-day, including Sales, Account Management and Support. Your role is critical in ensuring that our internal teams can effectively talk about our product and help our customers understand how to unlock the value they’re expecting to receive by investing in our marketplace. Your goal will be to empower sales, support, and marketing teams with the knowledge and resources they need to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction. This position combines strategic thinking with tactical execution to drive consistency and excellence in our product documentation and training across our global brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Resource and Training Development:
  • Develop comprehensive enablement materials, including product guides, presentations, FAQs, and e-learning modules.
  • Ensure content reflects the latest product updates, sales methodologies, competitive insights, and market trends.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs for internal teams, focusing on product features, benefits, and use cases.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Demand Gen and Revenue stakeholders to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement of enablement content.
  • Collaborate with Enablement teammates to localize and customize product documentation and training while maintaining global consistency.
  • Performance Metrics:
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of enablement programs, using data to refine strategies and improve training outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay up-to-date on product updates, market trends, and competitive landscape to ensure training materials remain relevant and impactful.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in Enablement and training.

SUCCESSFUL ENABLEMENT MANAGER, PRODUCT ENABLEMENT CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 5+ years experience across Product Enablement, Product Marketing, Sales, Account Management or related roles within a global revenue organization.
  • Strong understanding of product management and the product life cycle.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of delivering engaging training sessions.
  • Experience building relationships across multi-functional teams, working collaboratively to achieve goals.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Experience with typical sales tech stacks including: Learning Management Systems (Continu), Knowledge Management platforms (Guru), CRM (SalesForce) and Google Apps.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to roll up your sleeves for the needs of the business.

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience with elearning authoring tools (Articulate).
  • Working knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Experience collaborating with global partners and stakeholders.
  • Multilingual skills and ability to translate content between English and Spanish.
