Company

This client is one of the largest blockchain development companies in the world building out household name applications across finance, DeFi, NFT’s and general Blockchain SaaS solutions. Most of their employees operate fully remotely and we are looking for staff across a number of disciplines with this top tier client.

Responsibilities

You will act as the bridge between the product and its community of core users, engaging with them so that they become engaged ambassadors. You will work with our content team in order to create viral marketing campaigns on Twitter, participate in Reddit forums, facilitate conversation and events among users. You seed content and discussions in the user communities in order to keep them active and valuable. You create user-related content such as tutorials, FAQ lists, and engage with the user community in order to localise content in many languages.

You will be part of a cross-functional team that includes the product team, the product marketing manager, content and social media teams, and developer relations in order to create and refine the user experience. You will constantly feed the team with documented user feedback collected from user communities.

Requirements

Have 4+ years of work experience in a comparable role at a consumer software product company
Passionate about helping end-users and find it fulfilling to help millions understand how to use the company's products
Have a track record of writing or producing best-in-class content for end-users
Is authentic and creative and can be funny or quirky on occasion
Are fluent in English and ideally at least one other language
