Job Title: Global Head of Sales - Internal and Supplier Assurance
Contract: Full-time, permanent position
Location: Remote - Global

About the role
In this newly created role, the Global Head of Sales (ISA Solutions) will partner with clients to build trust in their internal organisation and across their value chain. This position will support the acceleration of growth specifically within our ISA business which operates within three regions across the globe. The role will help shape and harmonise our sales strategy as well as, our approach which will enable us to add greater value to our clients and enhance our client centricity.
This position can be based remotely however, there will be the expectation of global travel at least once per quarter across our three regions. This will include travel across EMEA, AMAS and APAC.
Additional responsibilities include:
Review existing sales processes and tools to achieve alignment across the globe.
Successful execution of the sales strategy with a focus on prospecting new clients and deepening existing client relationships.
Collaborate and build effective relationships with internal departments across the globe.
Develop key metrics to assess the performance of the business and identify client challenges.
Support large and strategic bids and tender activity across all regions.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Demonstrable experience of leading a successful sales strategy within a large matrix organisation.
The ability to build solid and credible relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
Experience in the bids and tenders process including pricing and proposals.
Experience of working with multi-national/cultural teams.
