Job Overview

We are actively seeking dynamic individuals with a leadership-oriented mindset to excel in Data Analytics and IT Service Solution sales (excluding IT product sales, networking, or infrastructure). The successful candidate will demonstrate robust consultative sales experience in Data Analytics and a passion for fostering meaningful relationships within diverse organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and strengthen senior-level connections with various stakeholders, including Sales Directors, Modern Trade Heads, Channel Directors, and Customer Development leads, to understand their unique needs and build strategic partnerships.
  • Manage the comprehensive business plan encompassing financial targets, proposal submissions, revenue tracking, and pipeline management.
  • Exhibit a solid functional understanding of IT Services while driving the complete sales cycle, focusing on expanding the existing client portfolio and proactively identifying new sales opportunities based on client priorities.
  • Collaborate continuously with sales leadership, industry heads, Delivery COE teams, and Growth leaders to ensure efficient lead management and information sharing.
  • Communicate effectively with a diverse range of decision influencers, showcasing confidence and credibility in discussions.
  • Develop impactful case studies and client testimonials, and represent the company at client and industry events.
  • Guide the team towards achieving sales targets, maintaining visibility of all opportunities and risks, and implementing a robust pipeline and proposal tracking system.
  • Negotiate adeptly with senior clients to link the value of our solutions with pricing, overcoming objections effectively.
  • Assume overall accountability for business planning and execution.
