Job description

Job Overview

We are in search of dynamic professionals possessing a leadership mindset in the realms of Data Analytics and IT Service Solution sales (excluding IT product sales, networking, or infrastructure). This role demands robust consultative sales expertise in Data Analytics, focusing on fostering senior-level relationships across various sales functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and sustain senior-level relationships with stakeholders in the sales function, such as Sales Directors, Modern Trade Heads, Channel Directors, Mechanizing Heads, and Customer Development personnel.
  • Develop and manage the business plan, encompassing financial targets, proposal submissions, revenue tracking, and pipeline management.
  • Execute the complete sales cycle by expanding business with the current client base and proactively identifying new sales opportunities aligned with client strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate consistently with sales leadership, industry heads, and the Delivery COE team to ensure leads and opportunities are captured efficiently.
  • Generate impactful case studies and client testimonials while presenting at client and industry events.
  • Lead the team toward achieving sales targets, maintaining visibility of opportunities and risks, and implementing effective proposal tracking systems.
  • Engage in negotiations with senior clients, articulating the value of our offerings and addressing objections adeptly.
  • Assume overall responsibility for business planning and execution.

Required Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient client-facing and communication/presentation abilities.
  • Strong expertise in consultative selling and constructing compelling case studies.
  • Competence in addressing external forums as a speaker.
  • Exceptional collaboration and networking skills.
  • Familiarity with tech stacks including MicrosoftGo, PowerBI, AWS, Snowflake, GCP, and CHick.
