Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of system reliability and performance, with a strong background in cloud technologies and observability solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the establishment of monitoring and observability standards to enhance customer experiences.
  • Design, maintain, and optimize large-scale cloud observability platforms.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for on-premise, cloud, and hybrid systems and services.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure the effective delivery of observability services.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and complex workflows to improve efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in telemetry and system analysis for performance diagnostics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with programmers and technology professionals.
  • Strong experience in developing and implementing technology solutions.
  • Effective management of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with software testing techniques, code optimization, and debugging.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of software structures, hardware, computing systems, and their integration.
  • Background in Systems and Software Engineering for both on-premise and cloud applications.
  • Experience with multiple observability or APM systems, as well as configuration management and automation tools, including Terraform, Packer, and Ansible.
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
  • AWS certification is preferred.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with eleven (11) years of related experience, or a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field with seven (7) years of relevant experience.
  • Proven success in automating tasks and complex workflows.
