Description

Our Business Technology Support Technician is responsible for providing general ERP and other Business Technologies support. This includes providing support and resolving internal user problems, installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintaining software and licensing. Tracking Business Technology support activity via our ticketing system and creating supporting documentation for ERP Systems. This role is critical in supporting our people and will directly report to the Sr ERP Administrator Business Technology Specialist or ERP Project Lead.

Job Duties

  • Must be excellent in basic computer programs with an emphasis on Microsoft platforms, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. PowerShell, Azure, Dynamics, and Office Admin.

  • Ability to maintain an elevated level of confidentiality, diplomacy, and discretion
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks accurately with minimal supervision

  • Assist with the efficient day-to-day operations of the Systems team
  • Strong understanding of Computer Systems, how they function, and their components
  • Strong understanding of software installation and troubleshooting
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and use available resources to find a solution
  • Ability to Learn New Software, Hardware, Systems, and Processes
  • Supports smooth Day-to-Day operations of the ERP Systems and other Business Technologies.
  • Creates Supporting Documentation for ERP Systems and Business Technologies.
  • Supports ERP and other Business Technology End Users, Tracks, Troubleshoots, resolves issues using Ticketing System
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint, PowerApps, Dynamics 365, and Power Automate, Power BI, preferred by not required

Qualifications

Experience: 1-3 years of IT Support/Helpdesk/Microsoft Cloud (0365, D365, M365, Azure) experience

Education Requirements: Highschool Diploma or Equivalent, 2+ Years relevant Experience preferred but not mandatory

Licensure Requirements: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals preferred but not mandatory
