Responsibilities

As the Community Benefit Manager, you will manage operations for Community Benefit serving an organization's market or region. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Community Benefit and 1 years of Leadership experience. Other responsibilities include:

  • Support the director with planning and coordination related to health needs assessments and implementation strategies.
  • Monitor and guide the local process of conducting a needs assessment and developing implementation strategy by providing training, facilitating local meetings and representing the organization on state/regional collaborative partnerships.
  • Create written community benefit program standards/procedures, provide ongoing training for leaders and associates and oversee data entry into CBISA program and reporting.
  • Prepare progress reports, stories, and/or templates for communicating community benefit activities, outcomes, and impact for various internal and external audiences.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Community Health or Public Health required.
  • Master's Degree in Community Health, Public Health or other related discipline preferred.

Work Experience

  • 3 years of experience required.
  • 5 years of experience preferred.
  • 1 years of leadership or management experience required.
  • 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Additional Preferences

  • Master's Degree in Community Health, Public Health or other related discipline preferred
  • 3+ years of Community Benefit experience
  • 1+ years of Leadership experience
  • Program Management or Project Management experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in community health assessment processes, community-based planning and programming, plus implementation strategy and development
  • Knowledge of CBSIA program and reporting
  • Knowledge of 501r IRS compliance requirements
