This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.

What You’ll Do:
  • Efficiently manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate phone calls to ensure smooth time management for a busy manager
  • Oversee email correspondence by prioritizing and categorizing emails in the manager's inbox, escalating urgent matters as needed
  • Screen and handle incoming emails within scope, escalating critical issues to the manager’s attention promptly
  • Verify insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility of each patient via phone and portals
  • Handle authorization checks, review patients' backgrounds and health history, request and manage confidential medical information, explain coverage, and obtain prior authorizations for procedural orders
  • Support the management of special projects, ensuring deadlines are tracked and met
  • Prepare, organize, and deliver reports, presentations, agendas, and other documentation as required
  • Assist with general administrative duties and manage tasks, deadlines, and project follow-ups
  • Conduct research on various topics as required
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with company policies

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably supporting a senior executive
  • Fluent verbal and written English communication skills, with a professional and confident approach, including a great phone manner
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other office tools
  • Prior experience working remotely, ideally with a US-based team
  • Working knowledge of Eligibility and Benefits would be advantageous
  • Experience managing confidential or sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong sense of urgency and commitment to timely task completion
Service Fee:

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

Hours:

US Eastern Standard Time (EST) - 9am to 6pm
