Job Description

Looking for a remote job in Lithuania? We're now looking for a team member who is passionate about solving technical issues, wants to help others and is ready to support Samsung's clients!
 

How we work is simple: Concentrix is a global business outsourcing company, meaning, we offer our services to other companies to help them handle their customer service, finances and other business processes. Now you’re probably wondering, what does the actual job entail? 

As a Customer Support Specialist in our Samsung team, you will:  

  • Answer incoming calls, emails and chats in Lithuanian

  • Provide technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung's customers

  • Come up with efficient and satisfying solutions to customers inquiries

  • Treat customers with respect, following the company policies and procedures

We think we'll be a great match if you're fluent in Lithuanian (C1) and have a good command of English (B2). Russian language skills will be considered as an advantage. It would be great if you have some previous experience in customer service, especially in a call center environment -  but don't worry if not, you will receive training and coaching to help you excel in your role.

  • A full-time job, with various shifts from Mon-Fri, between 09:00-19:00 

  • An hourly rate of 9,15€ to 9,76€ (during trial period and after)

LOCATION: Work from home in Lithuania

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent, with 3 month trial period

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, various shifts between 09-19 (8,5 h/shift)
