We are looking for a Platform Lead to join JLL Technologies (JLL/T).
Are you interested in leading and managing Global platform that affect the top and bottom line of a large corporation? JLL is seeking a talented Platform Lead to drive the future for Global API Management Platform (APIM) and other Global Enterprise Applications. As an ideal candidate, you will have deep focus on strategy, best practices and implementation related to APIM platform and Enterprise applications. You will assist in driving organizational commitment to the maturity and adoption of APIM platform and JLL’s strategic enterprise application roadmap. You will also participate in hands on technical POC’s and evaluations of prospective new technologies to accelerate development of secure, scalable and robust enterprise scale applications.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and evolve the APIM Platform strategy, architecture vision and roadmap with technology partners, architects, and peers
- Maintain solution roadmaps, identifying relevant changes and enhancements for APIM Platform and other applications
- Perform technology research & evaluation, sharing perspectives on a solution’s suitability for APIM Platform and other enterprise applications
- Provide technical consultation to Technology and Business stakeholders and product owners as appropriate
- Develop prototypes (POCs) for technology deployments to help assess the fitness for purpose of potential solutions working in conjunction with enterprise architects, delivery teams, and business stakeholders
- Guide, mentor, and coach software development agile teams
- Maintain standards & principles and support the relevant governance frameworks
- Ensure adequate risk management of IT assets through appropriate standards and security policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information-technology, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
- Experience in designing solutions using variety of modern technologies: .NET/C#, Microsoft Database technologies, Rest APIs, Soap/WCF Services etc.
- Minimum of 8 years of design and implementation experience in IT, with a deep knowledge of application development including APIs, middleware, database management, and building & managing cloud-based highly scalable solutions
- Skilled communicator and negotiator with exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Estimated total compensation for this position:
150,000.00 – 150,000.00 USD per year
The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
