Our Client is a Canadian company who has been around for 20 years in the high efficiency cooling solution space. They are known for their innovative approach to energy efficiency and sustainability in HVAC. Our clients preach internal grown and career growth. Join the team and be the first USA based sales application engineer for a rapidly growing company. Our client has grown more than 300%in terms of production and headcount within the last 3 years.

Description

  • Key Responsibilities:



    • Technical Sales: Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions involving chillers, cooling systems, and HVAC


    • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our offerings.


    • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their requirements and providing ongoing support.


    • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.


    • Proposal Development: Prepare detailed technical proposals and quotations, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and project requirements.


    • Collaboration: Work closely with sales in closing new business, growing customer relationships, and solving complex problems that require teamwork


    • Sales Strategy: Assist in developing sales strategies and marketing initiatives to increase market share and drive revenue growth.


    • Training and Support: Provide technical training to clients and internal staff on product features, applications, and best practices.

Profile

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales or technical support, preferably in the chiller or HVAC industry

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of chillers or HVAC

Travel: Willingness to travel 40 + % for client meetings, customer events, and deal briefs within the US and Canada
