Position Description
HungerRush is seeking a results-driven Director of Marketing to lead our B2B and B2B2C marketing efforts to drive growth for our Menufy online ordering platform. Restaurants use Menufy to provide online ordering options to their customers. Reporting to the CMO, this role will oversee all marketing activities for the Menufy online ordering platform including but not limited to brand, channel, customer, content and performance marketing.

This is a remote role.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties
  • Strategic Oversight: Operate as a mini-CMO for the All-in-One Menufy online ordering platform, taking full ownership of the line of business and customer segment. Drive strategy, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the success of this business unit.
  • New Customer Acquisition: Develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at capturing new restaurant leads for the Menufy online ordering sales team. Identify target markets, craft tailored campaigns and optimize lead generation tactics to drive growth.
  • Channel Partner Program: Own and manage marketing efforts for our channel partner program. This includes creating, executing, and operationalizing programs to educate, and motivate our channel partners to drive new restaurants to our platform.
  • Performance Channel Management: Oversee and manage all marketing channels, including direct mail, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, display advertising, and email marketing. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
  • Multi-Cultural Multi-Channel Marketing: Accelerate growth within the customer segments where English is a second language. Build multi-cultural marketing strategies including use of internationally popular technology platforms, cultural publications, and specific geographies to reach target restaurants.
  • Drive Order Volume for Customers: Create and execute campaigns designed to boost online order volume at Menufy customers. Leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities for increasing customer engagement and retention.
  • Sales Partnership: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure that marketing campaigns effectively drive leads and support the sales pipeline. Partner on strategy development and provide marketing support to enhance the success of sales initiatives.
  • Content Strategy: Serve as a strong content strategist, driving the creation of case studies, testimonials, videos, and other interactive content to elevate Menufy’s brand and achieve marketing goals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of 3 independent contributors, providing direction, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. Establish OKRs and foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget with a focus on maximizing ROI. Allocate resources efficiently across channels to support both acquisition and retention goals.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Use insights to continuously optimize strategies and ensure that marketing efforts are meeting business objectives.
Position Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years in a leadership role with demonstrated success, preferably in SaaS and SMB space.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills. Expertise in digital marketing, traditional OOH marketing, channel marketing, and brand building. Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics. Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and content creation is a must.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to operate as a mini-CEO, taking full ownership of the line of business and driving strategic decisions.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work cross-functionally, particularly with sales and channel partners, to drive company-wide success.
