Ryz Labs is seeking a visionary and dynamic Ops/Program Manager to join one of our venture companies in its next phase of growth and innovation. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals, manage timelines, and optimize resources for efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing processes within tech environments and familiarity with agile project management principles.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or a similar role, ideally in a tech company or fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience coordinating large-scale marketing campaigns with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of agile project management and experience implementing agile processes in marketing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and measuring campaign success using data-driven insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, etc.), ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and design teams to align campaign objectives, messaging, and deliverables.
- Act as the central point of contact for campaign-related communications and problem-solving, fostering strong relationships across departments.
- Implement and maintain agile methodologies to improve workflow efficiency, including sprint planning, backlog management, and regular retrospectives.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing future strategies.
- Ensure proper allocation of resources and manage campaign budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
- Drive continuous process improvements in marketing operations, leveraging technology and tools to streamline campaign execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and innovative marketing techniques, particularly within the tech industry.
