  • Writing scalable and reusable code with performance in mind.
  • Maintain, extend, and optimise existing engine or game-side features.

  • Taking ownership of features & documenting the work accordingly.
  • Mentoring more junior members of the team.
What we're looking for:
  • Several years’ experience developing AAA console/PC titles, through all stages of the development cycle and sharing that knowledge with the team.
  • DirectX12, AGC or other explicit rendering API knowledge.
  • Excellent HLSL or similar shading language skills, understanding of RDNA ISA.
  • Expert in modern C++ and strong overall software engineering and debugging skills.
  • Multithreaded development and debugging experience.

  • Ability to modify and extend existing complex systems.
  • Experience with profiling and identifying CPU & GPU bottlenecks using industry standard tools.
  • Significant and up to date knowledge of the GPU pipeline.
Desirable Skills:
  • Ray tracing development experience (DXR, PSR, etc).
  • Experience with proprietary engines.
  • Mesh shader pipeline experience.
  • Unreal Engine 5 knowledge.
