Marketing Manager

We are hiring a Marketing Manager who wants to be responsible for growing a mission-driven startup, managing the day-to-day of our marketing initiatives across various channels, and earning the upside that comes from continuing our growth.

Hello - We are My Consulting Offer (MCO), a fully remote company that helps students and graduates land their dream jobs in management consulting by coaching them to land and pass their interviews on their way to landing six-figure jobs.

What's the role?

As a Marketing Manager, your primary role is to ensure My Consulting Offer's marketing strategies and campaigns are executed effectively, driving qualified leads, and monetizing our qualified leads.

Outcome-wise, this primarily means:

  • Developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies to increase the number of qualified leads.
  • Building and testing new funnels.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and conversion optimization.
  • Analyzing marketing performance metrics.
  • Leading and mentoring a remote marketing team.
  • Presenting updates to the leadership team on marketing performance and initiatives.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for somebody with experience:

  • Developing and building successful marketing strategies across multiple channels, whether organic or paid.
  • Managing a fully remote marketing team and collaborating effectively with other departments.
  • Being metrics and accountability-driven when making decisions and managing people.
  • Working in a high-growth startup environment preferably within the education or career coaching industries.
  • Hiring/coaching/retaining A+ players and identifying/firing underperformers.

  • Taking sales calls - You will work with the sales team but we have a sales team manager and sales team.
  • Setting up trackers - we have a tracking team you will be working with.

  • Management consulting background - given our current target market, having experience at a firm such as McKinsey, Bain, and BCG as a consultant or recruiter will help you understand our market faster. Not necessary though.
  • Remote small business experience - As a small globally distributed team, having the experience to know how a remote small business operates will help you onboard faster.
