Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in both written and spoken German or Dutch and English is required.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening and empathy.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and make decisive actions.
  • Comfortable using customer service software and basic IT tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
