The Otis Americas Delivery Operations team has an exciting new opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Leader. The role will be responsible for leading projects to deliver measured improvement. Projects initially will be focused on Delivery Ops formation and will then mature into addressing priorities from Operational and Functional Leaders or Key Performance Indicator (KPI) improvement.

Essential Responsibilities 

  • Lead Continuous Improvement projects aligned to functional areas, operating unit (OU), or operating area (OA) priorities, or KPI improvements,

  • Engage cross-functional teams, technology and processes to accomplish results,

  • Work closely with global and regional quality and continuous improvement capability owners. potentially leading training programs throughout the Americas.

  • Drive a cultural focus on performance excellence and proactive improvements.

  • Be a subject matter expert (SME) and lead for other continuous improvement associates on the team.

  • Provide support and training in other areas of the delivery operations organization.

 

Education Certifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

 

Basic Qualifications 

  • Proven ability to deliver results at pace

  • Demonstrated application of continuous improvement skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
