Technical Project Manager

Boyle Software, a subsidiary of Beyondsoft Consulting, Inc., is an Information Technology Consulting company founded in 1988 and headquartered in New York City. Our clients come in all sizes and range across dozens of industries, including: media, entertainment, banking, pharma, medicine, academia, non-profits and governments.

Boyle Software is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team full-time remotely on a project that aims to change the world of pet care. 

What you will do:

• Support a team that is developing innovative products to let pet owners take better care of their pets
• Collaborate with a dev team spread between West Coast US (Oregon), LatAm and Europe
• Support technical projects from concept to implementation
• Perform SCRUM ceremonies
• Define project responsibilities with stakeholders
• Support technical leads on how resources are allocated for the project, maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports
• Create management and communication plans, analyze and develop procedures for management and technical duties
• Prepare progress reports/dashboards for senior management
• Oversee project improvements and ensure deliverables are met within constraints

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in fast-paced project management roles
• Strong experience with Jira and roadmap tools to plan and manage projects, epics, stories and tasks
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SCRUM
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to coordinate between technical and non-technical teams
• SCRUM Certification

Nice to have: 

• Interest in or exposure to technologies/concepts such as PetCare, Wearables, Consumerized Health, Paid Consumer Services desired
• Degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field

 Conditions:
