Reports to: Director, Global IT Operations

Location:  Remote - US

The Role

The Identity and Access Management Administrator is responsible for the technical design, implementation and maintenance of the IAM platform.  They will be responsible for developing processes in the platform including access entitlements, profiles and roles as well as provisioning and deprovisioning access changes to the platform to ensure accurate, relevant access control.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

  • 1. Responsible for design, maintenance, and implementation of user lifecycles in Sailpoint Identity Now Platform.
  • 2. Works closely with IT Security Team to ensure access, certification and programs are in alignment with policies and procedures.
  • 3. Guides and supports IT Ops and IT Security to ensure reliable, relevant access to systems and services.
  • 4. Manages relationship with 3rd party Identity vendors to help design, implement and support enhancements/modifications

  • Applicants with knowledge of processes and procedures implementing Identity and Access Management
  • Someone with skills and experience with HRIS systems and how they may interact with IAM

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
