Job Title: Remote Social Media Manager (100% Work From Home)


Location: Remote from Latin America


Position Type: Full-time


Salary: $2,500 USD/month


Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm EST

Our client is a digital marketing agency that specializes in social media management and social media advertising. They help businesses grow online through tailored marketing strategies, focusing on increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads and sales. The company caters to a diverse range of industries, helping clients achieve their marketing goals with measurable results.



Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains positive business relationships with clients.
  • Consults with clients by phone, video conferencing, and email to understand goals and scope of marketing campaigns.
  • Creates video content, copywriting and/or graphics that effectively drive followers, likes, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitors implemented social media advertising, management, search engine advertising, and email marketing campaigns regularly.
  • Analyzes social media and search engine advertising leads & conversions with use of platforms, such as Facebook (Meta) Ads Manager & Google Analytics and adjusts campaigns accordingly.
  • Develops innovative strategies to attract sales conversions for clients through various web-based marketing programs and optimization techniques.
  • Identifies appropriate social media platforms and other web-based tools to use in the promotion of each product or service.
  • Reports campaign results to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Identifies and recommends improvements and modifications to existing programs and additional or new marketing strategies and opportunities.
  • Ensures projects are completed on time and on budget.
  • Maintains current knowledge of online marketing opportunities and trends, web analytics, and optimization techniques.
  • Communicates service and billing changes to standard and in keeping with the client’s signed contract agreement.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing or related field
  • At least 1 year marketing campaign management OR combination of marketing internship and campaign management
  • Thorough understanding of internet marketing and general marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of social media and HTML.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and video communication skills.
  • High level of self-awareness.
  • Broad knowledge of current events, including political, social, and technological trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with superior attention to detail.
  • Ability to conduct and correctly interpret research and web analytics.
  • Ability to implement marketing plans.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
