Job Title: Insurance Service Professional - Retention Specialist - Remote | WFH

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Insurance Service Professional to join our team as a Retention Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our clients receive outstanding service, fostering satisfaction and loyalty. Your expertise in insurance will allow you to provide valuable insights and solutions, empowering clients to recognize the benefits of our offerings and protecting their interests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with existing clients to guarantee their ongoing satisfaction.
  • Initiate proactive outreach to clients to evaluate their needs, address concerns, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Recommend additional insurance products that align with customer needs, enhancing their coverage and security.
  • Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Educate potential customers on safeguarding their families and assets through our insurance solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve service offerings.
  • Design and implement retention strategies aimed at minimizing client attrition and boosting loyalty.
  • Conduct semi-annual reviews for insured clients during renewal periods.

Required Skills

  • Prior experience in insurance is mandatory; candidates without a Property & Casualty Insurance License will not be considered.
  • Proven background in customer service, account management, or client retention roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, ensuring follow-through and follow-up.
  • Capacity to work independently while also contributing as a collaborative team member.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is preferred.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
