Job Title: Digital Communications Product Owner

Location: Moline, IL (Hybrid Work Arrangement)

Job Overview

We are in search of a committed Digital Communications Product Owner to enhance our forward-thinking team. This position offers a hybrid work structure, facilitating a blend of in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the comprehensive management of Digital Communications technology and member services.
  • Drive the success of our Remote Delivery and Digital organizations by defining, prioritizing, and executing tasks throughout the Product Lifecycle.
  • Champion the Voice of the User to ensure software enhancements reflect a member-centric approach.
  • Manage and nurture vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, invoicing, and escalated product support.
  • Align new product developments and enhancements with organizational strategies and member requirements.
  • Formulate recommendations for improvements, eliminations, and new revenue avenues.
  • Maintain detailed product documentation encompassing Roadmaps, Agile Backlogs, and user acceptance testing documentation.
  • Utilize relevant internal and industry data to establish and manage metrics and KPIs.

Required Skills

  • Experience in a Financial Institution or Financial Technology setting.
  • Familiarity with enterprise Phone Systems, Chat Solutions, Video Teller Solutions, or Banking Software as a Service (SaaS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Digital Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar capacity.
