Role Overview

As an Inbound Loan Officer, you will enjoy the flexibility of a remote work environment while playing a pivotal role in transforming mortgage leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert mortgage leads into sales through effective communication, handling between 100 to 200 leads monthly.
  • Collaborate closely with a specialized marketing professional to design drip campaigns and tailored marketing initiatives.
  • Efficiently manage leads utilizing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients via phone and email, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills are essential for engaging clients and delivering outstanding service.
  • Proficient in CRM systems for effective lead management.
  • Ability to collaborate with marketing teams to enhance lead conversion strategies.

Qualifications

  • Must hold an NMLS license in either PA, NJ, MD, or VA, or possess a Federal Bank License.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in converting mortgage leads into sales over the phone is required.
