In this remote role, you will connect with clients and potential customers nationwide, utilizing advanced AI technology and strategic marketing channels to address inquiries and support mortgage needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing timely and accurate information about mortgage products and services.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through active listening and tailored solutions.
  • Guide clients through their mortgage inquiries, offering knowledgeable advice and options.
  • Collaborate with sales and loan officer teams to foster effective communication and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain meticulous client records and follow up on leads utilizing our state-of-the-art CRM system.
  • Contribute to the organization's growth through superior customer service and proactive engagement.
  • Adhere to company-specific guidelines and weekly schedules.
  • Assist clients in selecting the most suitable mortgage products and ensuring compliance with 14-day closing requirements.
  • Manage a variety of loan types, including Conventional, VA, FHA, and USDA.

Required Skills

  • Proven excellence in communication and phone etiquette.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment.
  • Experience in building rapport with customers to enhance the client experience.
  • Familiarity with basic mortgage terms and products is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • A current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing is required.
  • A minimum of two years of sales experience and two years as a Mortgage Loan Originator or in a related field; newly licensed candidates must have five years of sales experience with a commitment to complete a month of training.
  • Flexibility to work approximately 40-45 hours weekly.
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred; mortgage or finance background is a plus.
