We are currently seeking a skilled Inbound Loan Officer to join our innovative team in a remote capacity. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to assist clients in achieving their financial aspirations by effectively converting inbound mortgage leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

Convert incoming mortgage leads into sales primarily through phone interactions.
Manage a portfolio of 100-200 leads monthly, ensuring prompt follow-ups and tailored service for each client.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful drip campaigns and customized marketing approaches.
Utilize a CRM system to systematically organize and monitor leads.
Engage in clear and effective communication with clients via both phone and email.

Required Skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with technology and CRM systems for efficient lead management.
Demonstrated ability to convert mortgage leads into sales over the phone.

Qualifications

Must possess an NMLS license in one of the following states: PA, NJ, MD, or VA, or a Federal Bank License.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in converting mortgage leads to sales through phone interactions.
