Key Responsibilities

  • Transform incoming mortgage leads into successful sales from the comfort of your home.
  • Efficiently manage leads utilizing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Handle a significant volume of phone-based leads (100-200 monthly) with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated marketing team member to create drip campaigns and customized marketing strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in managing leads through a CRM system.
  • Comfort in a high-paced, phone-centric environment.

Qualifications

  • An active NMLS license in one of the following states: PA, NJ, MD, or VA, or a Federal Bank License is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in converting mortgage leads to sales via phone is required.
