This position is entirely remote, with applicants required to reside in or near Perry County, MO.
Position Overview
We are seeking a committed and empathetic
Case Manager/Social Worker to deliver case management, pregnancy counseling, and education/support related to parenting and adoption in the Perry County, MO area. This role allows you to provide essential child welfare services, counseling, and case management for pregnant women and families facing crises.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver effective counseling and case management to designated client populations
- Develop and sustain relevant community networks and relationships, collaborating with program supervisors and staff
- Provide consultation and insights to leadership for program enhancement as requested
- Engage in ongoing professional development in areas such as cultural competence, social diversity, and therapeutic intervention techniques relevant to the role
Required Skills

Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with access to a reliable, insured vehicle meeting state and/or organization standards
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Guidance Counseling, Drug & Alcohol Counseling, or a related field in Human Behavior Science
- For Master’s level positions: Master’s Degree in a relevant area and two years of experience in Child Welfare, Adoption, Foster Care, community resource navigation, or care coordination
