Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Communications Specialist to become a vital member of our innovative team. This role involves close collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer to develop compelling internal and external communications across multiple platforms, effectively promoting our diverse family of companies and enhancing our brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise our email communication platform, ensuring consistent representation and quality in all correspondence from the company and its agents, including writing, designing, and coordinating campaigns.
  • Produce engaging content for various communications such as public relations materials, newsletters, press releases, company announcements, website content, and collateral (both B2B and B2C).
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and conduct in-person training for agents and administrative support teams using our help desk platform, adhering to departmental guidelines.
  • Arrange and manage marketing events, promotions, and activities with clear directives and support.
  • Oversee the coordination of databases, reporting, and special project assignments.
  • Utilize various design platforms to create graphics, training documents, and additional materials.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Keynote, PowerPoint) and cloud-sharing platforms (Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft Teams) in a Mac environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of journalism principles and proper English usage.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Familiarity with brand guidelines and communication standards.
  • Experience creating visual content using design tools such as Illustrator, InDesign, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proven project management abilities, demonstrating the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Self-driven, with a commitment to ongoing professional development in the real estate services field.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent education and experience that equips you with the pertinent skills for this role.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or a similar environment.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator is preferred.
