About The Right Team Member

ClassPass is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Operations Associate to join our remote team. You will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and monitoring ClassPass marketing projects and campaigns to ensure objectives are met while also providing operational support across various initiatives and programs. The ideal candidate is comfortable tackling efforts solo or working with a team. You’re organized, meet rigorous deadlines and have an eye for detail. This role reports to our Lead Marketing Operations Manager.

About The Role

  • Assist in Project Management: Support the management of creative and B2B marketing requests, ensuring they align with marketing objectives and are delivered on time. Work with design, content, and other teams to facilitate a smooth creative workflow.
  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Projects: Help coordinate projects with various departments to ensure marketing initiatives are executed seamlessly.
  • Act as a Liaison: Assist in communication between B2B marketing and other teams to help align efforts and achieve key business objectives.
  • Support Marketing OKRs: Contribute to the development, tracking, and reporting of marketing OKRs. Prepare regular progress updates for review by the Lead Marketing Operations Manager.
  • Oversee Daily Operations: Help manage day-to-day marketing operations, including team meetings, offsite activities, communications, and other engagement programs to support a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Identify Operational Challenges: Support in identifying operational challenges, diagnosing issues, and proposing solutions to enhance marketing operations.
  • Build Cross-Functional Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key teams to foster collaboration and effective communication.

Skills & Experience

  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related field.
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and a healthy lifestyle.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and basic project management processes.
  • Basic understanding of marketing data, metrics, key performance indicators, and fundamental marketing concepts such as branding, creative processes, customer segmentation, lead generation, and paid marketing.
