Location: Remote (UK Based role)
Salary: £40,000
Hours: 36.5 hours a week (Monday-Friday)
We are looking for a passionate and experienced apprenticeship professional who is experienced and highly skilled to deliver
Level 5 Coaching apprenticeships. In this role you will deliver innovative, impactful, and value-added learning to all learners, embedding a range of learning methodologies and harnessing the use of digital technologies.
You’ll help deliver an outstanding teaching and learning experience to every learner by:
- Support the learners through the effective use of learning resources and facilitating both workplace and off the job training as required.
- Ensure learners are fully prepared with a completed portfolio in preparation for EPA Gateway
- Harness the use of technology, learning resources, virtual college, and the facilitation of workplace on the job training
- Conduct consistent, planned, progressive visits and reviews with both the learner and employer in line with ESFA and Learner Journey requirements
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of the children, young people, and individuals you encounter
Requirements:
What we need from you:
- Teaching qualification (AET, DET, Cert Ed, PGCE)
- TAQA (Equivalent A1, D32, D33)
- Experience of delivering level 5 coaching apprenticeships
- Level 5 coaching professional qualification
- Relevant occupational competency within the coaching sector, at a minimum of management level
- A strong track record of supporting learners through End Point Assessment
- Ability to manage a caseload of learners with varying learning requirements
- GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above or equivalent Functional Skills qualifications
