Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and track marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
  • Create and optimize content for marketing materials, including blogs, emails, brochures, website, and social media posts.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive activities.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging and visually appealing marketing assets.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage the company’s social media platforms, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance metrics.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting company events, webinars, trade shows, or product launches.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and business goals.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including writing content, managing subscriber lists, and tracking performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing tools or techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist with budget planning, tracking, and reporting on marketing expenses.


Qualifications:

  • Experience with paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SEO strategies and best practices.
  • Basic design skills or familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in digital marketing, content creation, or campaign management.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp), and content management systems (CMS).
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills for various marketing materials, including emails, blogs, and social media posts.
  • Ability to analyze data and performance metrics, draw insights, and adjust campaigns for better results.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to generate new and creative ideas for marketing campaigns to engage and attract target audiences.
