What Are We Looking For

MultiplyMii is seeking a seasoned Graphic Designer, we are seeking an individual who embodies professionalism and exhibits high level of initiative, curiosity and self-motivation.

We value someone who takes initiative with a keen interest in problem-solving with a versatile skill set, capable of handling a diverse range of tasks and collaborating efficiently within a team.

This role is 100% work from home.

The Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To The Following

• Determine the message the design should portray
• Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements that identify a product/service or convey a message
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Develop graphics for product/service illustrations, logos, social posts and websites
• Testing graphics across various media
• Select colors, images, text style, and layout
• Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design
• Take the lead in creating and implementing design concepts for various projects
• Collaborate with the team to develop a vision and direction for the brand
• Generate innovative design ideas and present them to the team for feedback
• Create visually appealing product imagery and animations
• Redesign screenshots and product images to enhance their visual impact (based on your creative juices and ideas)
• Problem-solve and find creative solutions to design challenges.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

About You

Core qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing graphic design tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Figma and Illustrator, to create visually captivating designs.
• Someone who can lead the design aspect, someone who can brainstorm with other team members to come up with the best ideas
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work.
• Knowledge of animation techniques and experience in creating animations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in generating new design ideas.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proven track record in product and logo design
• Exhibits strong initiative and a boundless wellspring of creativity, infusing unique perspectives into designs. While we can provide inspiration and guidance, we expect you to showcase your own expertise as a Graphic Designer and bring forth innovative ideas.
• Adaptable to changing design trends and client preferences, ensuring that designs remain fresh and relevant.
• Exceptional organizational skills to effectively manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the utmost caliber.
• Demonstrates a higher level of skills and possesses the character traits required to take the lead as an expert Graphic Designer within the team, possessing an innate eye for creativity and design
  
  

Additional Skills (Preferred But Not Required)

• Experience in B2B software design.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web design technologies.
